Welcome to TradeOdisha (accessible via https://tradeodisha.in). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between TradeOdisha Connect Private Limited ("the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") and the individual or corporate entity ("You" or "Your") accessing or using our website, business directory, advertising services, or mobile applications (collectively, the "Service").By registering an Account, uploading business listings, or accessing any part of the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws, including India's Information Technology Act, 2000. If You do not agree to these Terms, You must immediately cease using the Service.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

Account Responsibility

Verification & Audit Rights

The Company reserves the structural right—but does not assume the legal obligation—to audit accounts and demand verified proof of business legitimacy. This includes requests for valid GSTINs, Corporate Identification Numbers (CIN), business PAN cards, or proof of a localized physical office or registered warehouse location. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the designated timeframe will result in immediate listing suspension or Account termination.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (PROHIBITED CONDUCT)

To maintain data integrity and safe commercial operational standards, You explicitly agree that You will not engage in any of the following restricted activities:

Content Violations

Post, upload, or transmit any Content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, deceptive, or directly infringes upon a third party's trademark, copyright, or intellectual property rights.

Impersonate any individual, corporate business entity, or authorized representative of TradeOdisha Connect Private Limited.

Data & Technical Exploitation

Bulk scrape, crawl, harvest, or index data, store addresses, corporate email arrays, phone numbers, or active business listings from the Website using automated tools, bots, software, or offline extraction scripts.

Introduce malicious software, ransomware, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or any programmatic code designed to actively disrupt, disable, or limit the core functionality of the Website's underlying cloud database or hosting infrastructure.

Test, scan, or probe the security vulnerabilities of the Website, firewalls, or related servers without explicit written authorization from the Company.

Engage in actions that place a disproportionate or unreasonably large load on our server capacities, including coordinated Denial of Service (DoS) strikes.

TERMINATION AND ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate Your Account and remove Your business listings immediately, without prior notice or legal liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach any clause within these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, Your operational right to access premium features or the directory dashboard will cease immediately.
